- Integrations with third-party systems
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Ensure you have legal rights to upload workforce data
- Comply with applicable healthcare, employment, and data protection laws
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
4. Fees, Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on selected plans, modules, usage, and region
- Fees may include one-time deployment fees and/or recurring subscription fees
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Late or unpaid fees may result in service suspension
5. Data Ownership & Usage
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to Staffinc.io
- Staffinc.io acts as a data processor for client workforce data
- We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and platform improvement
6. Security & Compliance
Staffinc.io implements enterprise-grade security measures, including:
- Encrypted data storage and transmission
- Role-based access controls

Our platform is designed to support:
