By accessing and using the Staffinc website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Services

Staffinc provides custom healthcare staffing platform development services. All project terms, pricing and deliverables are governed by individual project agreements signed before work commences.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, clients own 100% of the source code developed for their project. Staffinc retains no intellectual property rights over client-specific code after delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

Staffinc's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
