Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2025 · Last updated: 1 January 2025
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Staffinc website (staffinc.io) and the services provided by Maverick Mount Technologies Pvt Ltd (trading as Staffinc). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Separate written project contracts govern individual client engagements and take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website at staffinc.io, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
These Terms apply to all website visitors and prospective clients. If you engage Staffinc for a project, a separate written project contract will govern that engagement. These Terms continue to apply to your use of this website throughout and after any project engagement.
Our Services
Staffinc provides custom healthcare staffing software development services for agencies in the US, Ireland, Canada and other jurisdictions. Our services include:
- Discovery and workflow mapping for healthcare staffing agencies
- Fixed-scope, fixed-price software development
- Design, build and delivery of custom platforms (nurse staffing, homecare, recruitment)
- Compliance-specific development (HIPAA, HIQA, OIG, EVV, PHIPA)
- Post-delivery monthly managed support and hosting
The services described on this website are illustrative. All engagements are governed by individual project contracts, which take precedence over any general descriptions on this website. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of any specific outcome.
Intellectual Property
Website content: All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Maverick Mount Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission.
Client platforms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing in a project contract, upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the source code of their custom platform. Staffinc retains no ongoing licence fee or usage right over the delivered code. Staffinc may reference the existence of the project as a case study unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Third-party components: Custom platforms may incorporate open-source libraries and third-party components. These remain subject to their respective licences, which will be documented as part of the project delivery.
Fixed Price Projects
Staffinc operates exclusively on a fixed price model. This means:
- All project prices are agreed and confirmed in a written contract before work begins
- The agreed price covers the scope defined in that contract — no hidden extras
- Changes to scope are handled through a written change request process, with any additional cost agreed before implementation
- We do not charge time and materials without prior written agreement
- Payment schedules are defined in individual project contracts
Where pricing is shown on this website, it is indicative only. Final prices are confirmed after a discovery call and are specified in a written project contract.
Client Obligations
Successful project delivery requires active participation from our clients. By engaging Staffinc, clients agree to:
- Provide timely and accurate information about their business, workflows and requirements
- Make relevant team members available for discovery sessions and sprint reviews
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments in accordance with the project contract payment schedule
- Ensure that any content, data or third-party systems they provide do not infringe third-party rights
Delays caused by a client's failure to meet these obligations may result in timeline adjustments. Staffinc is not liable for delays attributable to client-side factors.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement, including business processes, patient workflows, pricing, technical specifications and client data.
Staffinc will not disclose client confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver the project (e.g. to subcontractors under equivalent confidentiality obligations) or as required by law.
Individual project contracts may include more detailed confidentiality provisions, which take precedence over this general clause.
