01Healthcare staffing only
We do not build generic HR tools, and we do not take work outside this vertical. Specialisation is the only reason a small team can know your compliance requirements better than a large vendor.
02Fixed price, agreed before code
Every line item is signed off before we start. If the work turns out harder than we estimated, that is our problem. The number does not move.
03You own the code
Source, infrastructure and data delivered on completion. No licence, no lock-in, nothing that stops you taking it to another developer. We would rather be chosen than retained by force.
04Compliance from the architecture up
Your market's requirements are built into the data model, not bolted on at the end. That is why the audit trail exists before anyone asks for it.
05Working software every two weeks
Not a progress report, not a slide. Clickable software you can test yourself. It is the only honest way to know a project is on track.
06We stay after handover
Our longest-running client has been on a support retainer for three years, on a platform they own outright and could take elsewhere at any time. They have not, which is the only endorsement of maintenance that means anything.

HIPAA controls where facility integrations require them, OIG exclusion screening, state licensing boards, and EVV with Medicaid billing for home care. US-hosted infrastructure.
Ireland
NMBI registration and Garda vetting, HIQA inspection evidence recorded as work happens, HSE requirements, and GDPR-compliant EU hosting.
Canada
Provincial college registration and vulnerable sector checks, with privacy configured per province: PHIPA in Ontario, PIPA in British Columbia, HIA in Alberta, PIPEDA federally. Canadian-hosted.
Nothing cloned between them
Compliance copy, rules and hosting are scoped from the market's own regulator. It costs more to do it this way. It is the only way it is actually true.
