By accessing or using staffinc.io you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

    These Terms apply to all visitors and prospective clients. If you engage Staffinc for a project, a separate written project contract governs that engagement. These Terms continue to apply to your use of this website during and after any engagement.

Staffinc provides custom healthcare staffing software development for agencies in the United States, Ireland, Canada and other jurisdictions. Services include discovery and workflow mapping, fixed-scope fixed-price development, design and delivery of custom platforms for nurse staffing, homecare and recruitment, market-specific compliance development, and post-delivery managed support.

    Service descriptions on this website are illustrative. All engagements are governed by individual project contracts, which take precedence. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Prices published on this website are the prices at which we contract. The tier ranges shown reflect differences in scope, not a starting position for negotiation.

    Where you fall within a published range is determined during the Blueprint or discovery process and confirmed in a written project contract before any work begins. Once that contract is signed, the price does not change for the agreed scope, including where the work proves more difficult than we estimated.


    Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately in writing and only proceeds with your approval. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and are stated in the currency shown for your market.

Website content. All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Maverick Mount Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without prior written permission.

    **Client platforms.** Unless otherwise agreed in writing, on receipt of full payment the client receives full ownership of the source code of their platform. Staffinc retains no licence fee, usage right or ongoing claim over the delivered code.


    **Hosting.** Platforms are deployed to infrastructure controlled by the client. Staffinc does not host client platforms and does not retain client operational data. Access to a client environment during build or support is granted by the client, scoped to what the work requires, and revoked when the engagement ends.


    **Third-party components.** Platforms may incorporate open-source libraries and third-party components, which remain subject to their own licences. These are documented as part of delivery.


    **Case study rights.** Staffinc may reference the existence of a project as a case study unless the project contract says otherwise. Publication of client names, figures or quotations requires the client’s written approval.

Delivery depends on client participation. By engaging Staffinc, clients agree to provide timely and accurate information about their workflows and requirements, make relevant team members available for discovery sessions and sprint reviews, review deliverables within agreed timeframes, make payments in line with the contract schedule, and ensure that any content, data or third-party systems they provide do not infringe the rights of others.

    Delays caused by a client not meeting these obligations may result in timeline adjustments. Staffinc is not liable for delays attributable to client-side factors.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement, including business processes, clinical workflows, pricing, technical specifications and client data.

    Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, we do so as a data processor under a written data processing agreement that forms part of the project contract. That agreement includes standard contractual clauses where an international transfer requires them. A copy is available for review before signature.


    Staffinc will not disclose client confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver the project, under equivalent confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maverick Mount Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this website, reliance on information contained on it, or any interruption, error or omission in website content.

    Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from use of this website does not exceed USD 100, or the equivalent in EUR or CAD.


    **Project engagements.** Liability for development projects is governed by the individual project contract, which sets its own liability cap by reference to fees paid. This website limitation neither applies to nor overrides project contract terms.


    These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

    Compliance information on this website, including references to HIPAA, HIQA, NMBI, OIG, EVV, PHIPA and provincial or state requirements, is general guidance only. It is not legal or regulatory advice. You should take independent advice on your own compliance obligations.


    Case study results reflect outcomes achieved by specific clients in specific circumstances and are not a guarantee of results for any future project.

These website Terms are governed by the laws of India, the jurisdiction of incorporation of Maverick Mount Technologies Pvt Ltd, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    **Project contracts are separate.** Governing law and dispute resolution for a client engagement are agreed in the project contract, and we routinely contract under the client’s jurisdiction or a neutral seat where that is what makes a client comfortable. If jurisdiction matters to you, raise it during scoping rather than at signature.


    Disputes under these Terms are first subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution under the governing law above.

We may modify these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
